As an exchange point, Mbix will also use your personal information in order to comply with the rules, requirements, policies, guidelines or policies adopted by our membership as they may exist or be amended from time to time. Mbix will not sell your information to any third party without your permission; however, you agree that certain contact information will be available to any other member of the exchange and that Mbix will not be involved in enforcing how other members may use this information.
